The Tourist Inspection and Police Directorate conducted inspections at various catering establishments in Podgorica and Zeta, resulting in sanctions for four establishments totaling €4,000 due to detected operational irregularities.

According to a statement from the Police Directorate, inspections were carried out to limit underage access to alcohol, and no minors were observed consuming alcohol or engaging in games of chance.

“To assess compliance with business operations, a review of catering facilities in Podgorica and Zeta was conducted from the 21st to the 23rd, during which 22 individuals and five establishments were inspected. Four establishments were fined €4,000 for irregularities such as not issuing fiscal invoices and permitting tobacco use indoors,” stated the police.

Last night, the police in Podgorica initiated the “Mladost” operation, inspecting 13 catering venues in the City Quarter area from 10 PM to midnight.
