Dejan Radulović, a candidate from the list “European Union – The Best You Can Do – (SD, SDP, LP and citizens),” has raised concerns regarding the environmental challenges facing Herceg Novi. He emphasized that the European Union is committed to effectively tackling these issues.
“Dear fellow citizens, we are unfortunately confronting serious environmental challenges in our city. The technical setup of the collectors has not resolved the wastewater issue, putting our environment at risk. The repercussions include sea pollution and jeopardization of the marine ecosystem, posing threats to the health of our community and impacting tourism development,” Radulović stated in a media release.
He assured that the European Union would seriously tackle this issue, aiming for improved living conditions while also striving to preserve our vital natural resource, the sea.
“The European Union’s approach involves the engagement of all parties—authorities, citizens, and environmental organizations. To safeguard the environment, the European Union is dedicated to addressing this issue, fostering tourism development, and protecting the sea and our living space,” Radulović stressed.
He urged the people of Novalja to support the European Union in the upcoming elections on April 13th and to cast their vote for number 1.
