The police in Cetinje have apprehended Marijana Ljuboja (57) for allegedly disturbing the peace by shouting and climbing on tombstones within the Vlach Church courtyard.
According to sources from Vijesti, the police acted following reports that a video had surfaced on Facebook, showing an unidentified female allegedly conducting rituals in the cemetery of the Vlach Church.
Authorities from the Cetinje Security Department located the suspect last night at approximately 10 PM and confirmed her identity as Ljuboja.
After the duty prosecutor assessed that the actions of the 57-year-old did not contain elements of a criminal offense, the police detained her for committing a misdemeanor under Article 5 of the Law on Public Order and Peace.
Reports indicate that she will appear before a magistrate today.
