Minister Ibrahimović remarked that the historical, cultural, economic, and familial connections between the citizens of Montenegro and Albania form a robust basis for the continuation and deepening of interstate relations. “The establishment of another Albanian diplomatic mission in Montenegro symbolizes our mutual commitment to enhanced cooperation and improved substantive relations. The fact that the Consulate General is located in Ulcinj—a city epitomizing multiculturalism and harmonious coexistence—further underscores the strong bond between our peoples,” Ibrahimović stated.
