After many years, Greek businessman Petros Stathis’s company “Adriatic Properties” will cease managing the left Sveti Stefan beach, which is adjacent to the Sveti Stefan hotel.
According to confirmation from “Vijesti”, JP Morsko dobro reported that “Adriatic Properties”, the tenant of the Sveti Stefan – Miločer hotel complex, placed the lowest of seven bids for leasing this prime beach.
The initial asking price for the beach was 21,813 euros, while Stathis’s company bid 40,000 euros. Other bids came in at 54,000, 65,000, 69,000, 76,000, 98,000 euros, with the highest bid being made by Star Car at 134,000 euros.
Through the leasing of the city of Sveti Stefan, Villa Miločer, and the former hotel “Kraljičina plaža” for numerous decades, Adriatic Properties has managed to secure three of Montenegro’s most stunning beaches: Queen’s Beach, Velika Miločerska plaža (King’s Beach), and the right Sveti Stefanska plaža.
During the tender process announced by Morsko dobro for a five-year term, the left Sveti Stefan beach was included as well.
