The basketball team from the Faculty of Civil Engineering is on fire, securing their fourth consecutive victory in the fourth round of Group A of the Meridianbet Student League of Montenegro. They triumphed over the reigning champions, the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, with a close score of 48:44, marking the latter’s second defeat of the season.

Once again, Luka Rakočević (26) was the standout player of the match, helping the “Građevci” establish a 16-point lead by halftime, a margin that proved insurmountable for the defending champions, who only posed a serious threat intermittently. Đorđije Tatar (22) was the top performer for the losing side.

Meanwhile, the Faculty of Economics displayed a lackluster performance through four rounds, but managed to turn things around by edging past the Mediterranean University (42:39), which resulted in their fourth loss.

The basketball players from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Nikšić recorded a win without breaking a sweat, as the team from the Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology failed to arrive at the gym on time. Consequently, the match was officially registered with a score of 20:0 in favor of the “Difov” team.

In Group B, the only team boasting a 33% performance is the University of Donja Gorica, who defeated the Faculty of Law (22:33), handing the latter their second loss of the season.

The most decisive victory of the fourth round in the Meridianbet Student League belonged to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, who dominated the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (47:26). This win put them at the halfway point of the competition, while their opponents remain winless. Additionally, the Student Dormitory NK attained their second consecutive victory and third of the season with a solid win over the Faculty of Biotechnology (42:26), inflicting their third defeat.
