Partizan has advanced to the quarterfinals of the Serbian Cup after a 3:0 victory against Radnik in Surdulica.
The black and whites opened the scoring with a goal from Milan Vukotić in the 24th minute, who found the back of the net with a shot from the edge of the penalty area, beating the Radnik goalkeeper.
This match marked the national team player’s debut in a Partizan jersey, following three assists in his previous seven official appearances.
Eight minutes later, Partizan extended their lead with a goal from Stefan Kovač. The goal followed a fall by Partizan player Ibrahim Zubairu in the home side’s penalty area, which resulted in Radnik players rushing to assist him, but the black and whites continued their attack.
After the goal, there was a brief discussion among the players, but the match soon resumed. Zubairu later capped off the scoring with a well-executed move in the 59th minute, finalizing the score at 3:0.
Teams such as TSC, Vojvodina, Napredak, IMT, and Novi Pazar have also made it through to the quarterfinals of the Serbian Cup.
