Filip Radulović, the Minister of Maritime Affairs, inspected the renovated dry docks at Marina Bar, emphasizing the significance of this development for enhancing maritime infrastructure.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Marina Bar is a crucial facility on Montenegro's maritime map, boasting substantial potential for both tourism growth and the maritime economy.

Radulović noted that this marina, "similar to many others in Montenegro," has made noteworthy advancements in its infrastructure and improved conditions for docking and mooring vessels.

"Marina Bar harbors considerable potential for not only the tourism sector but also for the maritime economy in general. The facilities for receiving and mooring ships have seen significant upgrades. This advancement is pivotal for enhancing Montenegro's competitiveness in the international maritime arena," he remarked.

The Minister also examined the newly upgraded areas designated for dry docks.

"We have revitalized around 5,000 square meters that had been overlooked for many years. This initiative is an essential stride towards enhancing infrastructure and ensuring the safety of vessels. It also allows for more convenient access and maintenance of ships, which is crucial for the maritime economy's progression," he outlined.

Radulović mentioned that this endeavor is "merely one of a series of initiatives" by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs focused on upgrading maritime infrastructure and fostering the growth of tourism and the maritime economy in Montenegro.
