During the hearing set for March 10, forensic expert Dr. Nemanja Radojević is set to present his findings regarding the health status of Marinko (52), who faces charges for the unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic substances alongside his brother Zdenko (55) Rajković, through an audio-video connection.
This announcement was made today in the Higher Court in Bijelo Polje, where both brothers from Kolašin are testifying about an incident on November 24 of the previous year, where they allegedly stored cannabis and cocaine in their family residence in Kolašin intended for sale.
In court, Zdenko denied the charges against him, while Marinko claimed that the drugs were for personal use and indicated that he has been battling addiction for several years, which motivated the engagement of expert witness Dr. Radojević.
According to the indictment, during a search of Zdenko’s residence, officers from the Security Department (OB) in Kolašin discovered 558.81 grams of cannabis packed in PVC bags, hidden in a bag he attempted to remove from the house. Additionally, drugs were confiscated from Rajko’s house, comprising: 0.713 grams of cannabis found under a pillow in the living room, 0.496 grams of cocaine, along with six packages of cocaine weighing 0.306 g, 0.316 g, 0.326 g, 0.335 g, 0.313 g, and 0.306 g, which were housed in a plastic container labeled “Cedevita”, in addition to a metal grinder for narcotic substances.
Furthermore, Marinko was found in unauthorized possession of firearms and ammunition without the necessary documentation, including a “Crvena zastava” brand pistol, model M57, caliber 7.62 mm, serial number C-25166, along with two bullets, and one .38 SPECIAL caliber bullet found in a bag on the bed, constituting the crime of unauthorized possession of weapons and explosives.
