Gojković Announces Olympic Team Roster

The head coach of Montenegro’s water polo national team, Vladimir Gojković, has finalized the roster for the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris.
Montenegro’s representatives in Paris will be: Dejan Lazović, Marko Mršić, Miroslav Perković, Jovan Vujović, Aljoša Mačić, Vlado Popadić, Stefan Vidović, Bogdan Đurđić, Đuro Radović, Vladan Spaić, Dušan Matković, Vasilije Radović, and Petar Tešanović.
Notably absent from the list is Konstantin Averka, while Bogdan Đurđić makes his return to the national team after missing the previous two major tournaments – the European and World Championships.
In the Olympic tournament in Paris, the “Sharks” have been placed in group A, alongside Croatia, Italy, Greece, the USA, and Romania.
Group B consists of Serbia, Spain, Hungary, Australia, Japan, and France.
The top four teams from both groups will advance to the quarterfinals.
The Olympic Games will take place from July 26 to August 11.
