Boston faced Indiana twice within 48 hours, and after a dominating 142:105 victory for the Celtics in their first encounter, it appeared that the NBA champions had overcome their mini-crisis.
However, the second game between the same teams revealed that things were not as straightforward – this time the Pacers stunned TD Garden with a 123:114 win.
This marked the fourth loss in the last six games for the reigning champions, orchestrated by the impressive Tyris Halibarton, who scored 31 points, dished out seven assists, and grabbed six rebounds.
Indiana also received support from Pascal Siakam and Andrew Nembhard, contributing 17 points each.
On the Celtics’ side, Jaylen Brown led the team with 31 points, while Jason Tatum followed with 22.

In other games from last night, Miami triumphed over Houston on their home turf with a score of 104:100, with Tyler Herro shining brightly, scoring 27 points and providing nine assists. Nikola Jović added 18 points to the tally.
