There is a notable opportunity in Montenegro to enhance the business landscape and attract new investments, which will aid in achieving sustainable economic growth, stated Ernad Suljević, the Minister of Regional Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations.

On the second day of his official visit to Poland, he met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Digitalization, Krzysztof Gavkowski.

According to the Ministry’s announcement, Suljević highlighted the friendly relations between Poland and Montenegro, emphasizing their mutual support, particularly regarding Montenegro’s European aspirations.

“Poland is a strong ally for Montenegro in its quest for European Union (EU) membership, and we aim to enhance collaboration in various sectors, notably in digitalization, the economy, and investments,” Suljević remarked.

During their discussion, they explored further investment opportunities, especially in tourism, as well as the operations of Polish enterprises in Montenegro.

Gavkowski expressed pleasure at Montenegro’s advancements in digitalization, affirming Poland’s readiness to offer expert support to bolster capacities in this domain.

The meeting between Suljević and Gavkowski is yet another effort to strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation, particularly in supporting Montenegro’s European integration, alongside improving the business climate and enhancing digital capabilities.
