Jovan Vujović, the Montenegrin water polo player, has renewed his contract with Jadran for an additional three years.

“Jovan is among the club’s most gifted young water polo talents, who will continue to form the foundation of both the club and the national team in the upcoming period,” Jadran stated.

He has secured the title and the Cup of Montenegro three times with the team from Novi.

As a regular member of the national team, Vujović has represented “the Sharks” at various events, including the European Championship in Split 2022, World Championship in Fukuoka 2023, European Championship in Zagreb, and World Championship in Doha this year.

Currently, Vujović is with the Montenegrin national team preparing for the Olympic Games in Paris. The Sharks will play their opening match on Sunday at 16:35 against Croatia.

With the Montenegro junior water polo team, he achieved a bronze medal at the World Championship in Prague in 2021.
