Gabriel Dek, a basketball player for Real Madrid, suffered a tendon rupture in his left leg during a match against Barcelona in the Spanish championship over the weekend, as reported by his club today.

While Real Madrid did not disclose the duration of Dek’s absence, sources suggest that he might not return to play until February.

So far this season, Dek has been averaging 18 points and 9.6 rebounds per game in the Euroleague across 3.4 games.

This marks Dek’s seventh season with Real Madrid, during which he has celebrated numerous achievements, including winning the Euroleague, four Spanish championship titles, four Spanish Super Cups, and two Copa del Rey titles.
