Juniors Outperform Dutch Water Polo Players, Set to Face Spain Tomorrow

The Montenegro junior water polo national team triumphed over the Dutch team with a score of 10:6 (4:1, 1:0, 2:3, and 3:2) in Kotor tonight, kicking off their preparations for the European Championship.
Thanks to goals from Strahinja Gojković (two), Srđan Janović, and Stefan Vraneš, Montenegro built an early lead of 4:1 in the first quarter. They maintained a comfortable four-goal advantage by halftime and held on until the final whistle.
Both Gojković and Janović along with Balša Vučković bagged two goals each, while Stefan Vraneš, Tim Perov, Ognjen Moračanin, and Nikola Petrović contributed one goal each.
The young “sharks” are set to face Spain tomorrow at 19:15.
