Leicester Sets Unwanted Record
Brentford demonstrated their superiority over Leicester, as shown by the 4-0 scoreline for the visitors at the “King Power” last night, leaving Ruud van Nistelrooy facing significant pressure.
The “Foxes” have struggled since the Dutchman took charge, currently caught in a losing streak with just two victories in their last 13 Premier League matches, and they hold a poor record against Brentford.
Notably, Leicester has become the first team in the history of English top-flight football to suffer six consecutive home defeats without scoring a single goal.
This unfortunate streak began with a defeat to Wolverhampton (2-0), followed by losses to Manchester City (2-0), Crystal Palace (2-0), Fulham (2-0), Arsenal (2-0), and now Brentford, who managed to net four goals against Mads Hermansen.
With such dismal results, Leicester finds itself in the relegation zone, sitting in 19th place, two points adrift and with one game more than Wolves, who are just above the relegation line.
