The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has imposed a one-month detention on Marko Plavšić and Ljuban Vuković in Banja Luka for threatening Judge Sena Uzunović, who oversaw the trial involving Milorad Dodik and delivered the initial ruling before it was announced against the President of Republika Srpska (RS).
“The suspects Marko Plavšić and Ljuban Vuković have been ordered to be detained, which may last for one month, until March 27th, or until a further decision by the Court of BiH,” the Court stated this evening.
It has been reported that Plavšić and Vuković are facing charges of obstructing justice under the Criminal Code of BiH.
They were apprehended last night in Banja Luka following orders from the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, enacted by the members of the BiH Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).
Dodik received a one-year prison sentence along with a six-year prohibition on political activity.
