The company Morsko dobro has announced an invitation for proposals concerning the lease of a beach in Herceg Novi, along with opportunities for active recreation.

These beaches cater to active vacations, including options for kite and wind surfing, various sports and recreational activities, adrenaline sports, as well as facilities for divers.

Proposals must be submitted by March 7th, when the opening of the bids is set to take place.

The Coastal District has previously indicated that any participant wishing to take part in the tender must first acquire the tender documentation.

The cost for the tender documentation is set at 100 euros.

Bidders may consist of domestic or foreign natural persons, companies, legal entities, or individual entrepreneurs, either independently or as part of a consortium submitting a joint bid, all of whom are required to satisfy the criteria outlined in the public invitation.

Contracts are established for a duration of four years, commencing from the date the contract is signed until December 31, 2028, provided that the user/lessee has adhered to the contractual obligations and that the contract hasn’t been unilaterally terminated or revoked by mutual consent.

Previously, the Coastal Development Agency has issued tenders for beach areas in the Budva region, which includes locations from Jaz to Buljarica, as well as for Bar and Ulcinj, and Kotor and Tivat. Furthermore, a tender has also been released for the lease of hotel and specially designated bathing facilities aimed at children’s resorts.
