“Budva Triumphs, Qatar Falls”

At the outset of the Eurocup qualifiers, the Montenegrin water polo teams Budva and Kataro had differing fortunes.
Budva triumphed over Banja Luka with a score of 35:9 in their B group match, much to the delight of their home crowd.
Petar Mitrović was a standout player for Budva, netting eight goals, while teammates Todor Vukčević and Matija Franeta contributed six goals each.
Budva is set to compete again tonight against Honved at 19:00.
In contrast, Kataro faced a setback, losing to Mladost with a score of 18:4 in Zagreb.
The captain of Kataro, Dušan Milaš, managed to score two goals, while both Ljubomir Kovačić and Nebojša Petrović added one goal each.
For the victorious Mladost, Andrija Bašić, Jan Bušić, and Franko Lazić all excelled, each scoring three goals.
Kataro is scheduled to play against Apollon tonight at 18:00, with the latter team coached by former Jadran coach Petar Radanović.
