Đer is challenging to analyze due to his straightforward playing style.
The Budućnost handball team commenced their EHF Champions League season with three losses, and their next match will be at home this Sunday at 16:00.
Đer, a formidable match-up and longstanding rival, will be visiting “Morač” as the clear favorite against Bojana Popović’s squad.
Bojana Popović commented, “We are facing another tough match ahead. As we have stated before, every game will be challenging. Đer consistently brings a full squad, acquiring players to the point where they literally have a third line-up. They have maintained this solid rotation for years. When visiting Podgorica, they approach the game like it’s a derby from a decade or more ago, aware that it will be a hard-fought battle.”
The legendary athlete emphasized the importance of resilience and growth against opponents who are objectively stronger.
“Our focus is on our preparation and self-improvement. Đer is tough to analyze due to their straightforward playstyle and numerous competent players, allowing them to maintain high intensity throughout the match. We aim to hold our ground as best we can. To keep up with Đer’s pace, we need to implement rotations, and I hope the younger players can experience that level of competition as well. However, this also comes with responsibility, as lapses in focus will be capitalized on by Đer,” added Bojana.
The club has announced that entrance to “Morača” will be free.
