This Sunday, in the 5th round at “Morača”, the “Blues” will face the German team Ludwigsburg, aiming for their first win after three losses and one draw.

“Our main focus is on ourselves. Ludwigsburg plays at a fast pace, and if we can disrupt that, it will make things easier for us. We’ve proven that we can play with any opponent in terms of positional attack and wing play, especially after our match with Đero. We are eagerly looking forward to facing the Germans,” said Nikolina Marković.

Regarding Sunday’s opponent, she emphasized that Ludwigsburg (formerly Bitigheim) has undergone significant changes in their roster.

“They are a physically strong team with skilled shooters. We certainly cannot approach this match with a relaxed mindset.”

She urged fans to come out and show their support.

“The audience was like the eighth player during the match with Đero, and I believe we have made it up to them for our previous underwhelming performance against Brest. I’m confident that more fans will join us this time,” Marković remarked.

Right winger Anastasija Marsenić expressed that the team has gained considerable confidence from their game against Djer.

“We played well against Djerba, which boosts our confidence moving forward. Ludwigsburg is a strong team, and we have a tough challenge ahead. With the same approach, solid defense, and composed attacking play, we can achieve a favorable outcome,” Anastasija stated.
