Request for Proposal: Lease of Hotel and Specialized Swimming Pools for Children’s Resort

The Morsko dobro company has launched a public tender for the lease of hotel and designated bathing areas for a children’s resort.
Bids must be submitted by March 6th, at which point they will be opened.
The Coastal District previously indicated that any participant in the tender must acquire the necessary documentation.
The cost of the tender documentation is set at 100 euros.
Eligible bidders include domestic or international individuals, companies, legal entities, or entrepreneurs, either individually or as a consortium, who must adhere to the requirements outlined in the public invitation.
Contracts will be awarded for a duration of four years, starting from the contract’s effective date until December 31, 2028, contingent upon the lessee fulfilling contractual obligations and the contract not being terminated unilaterally or by mutual agreement.
The Coastal Department has previously announced tenders for beaches in regions including Budva (from Jaz to Buljarica), Bar, Ulcinj, as well as Kotor and Tivat.
