The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Kolašin has made a decision to detain the suspect FD from the area for up to 72 hours, stemming from reasonable suspicions of him committing the criminal offense of assaulting an official during the execution of official duties.

According to the report, the suspect, while police were intervening, kicked officers in the leg region as a result of a previous breach of public order, and also kicked the door of the official vehicle and the door of the holding cell. The suspect is a repeat offender regarding this and other violent criminal acts,” stated the Kolašin ODT.
