Dubai Triumphs Again Over Zvezda, Buducnost, and Partizan at the Summit

Dubai stunned Red Star at the start of the season, followed by a victory against the reigning champion, and clinched another win tonight in Belgrade.

The newcomer in the AdmiralBet ABA League triumphed with a score of 16:107 in the 92nd round, handing the current champion their third defeat of the season. Consequently, Buducnost Voli and Partizan remain at the top of the standings.

At the outset of the second quarter, Zvezda surged ahead with an 11:0 run to establish a 35:30 lead. However, the visitors quickly flipped the score to 36:35 and headed into halftime with a five-point lead of 50:45.

Throughout the second half, Jurica Golemac’s squad maintained their advantage, extending it to a significant 20-point lead at 88:68 following a basket from Williams.

Although Zvezda managed to cut the deficit to single digits, they couldn’t achieve a comeback.

Mason led the scoring for Dubai with 23 points, while Andušić contributed 19 points, Duverioglu added 18, and Bertans scored 15 points.

For Zvezda, Petrushev topped the charts with 21 points, followed by Miller-McIntyre with 17 points and Dos Santos with 14 points.
