The police in Podgorica have submitted a criminal complaint against EA (22) and LA (45), both from Podgorica, on the grounds of suspected extramarital relations with a minor.

According to the Police Department, LA, the father of the underage female, permitted EA to enter into an extramarital relationship.

“It is alleged that the suspects engaged in this criminal activity in a manner where LA, the minor’s father, previously allowed his daughter to have an extramarital relationship with EA, who is an adult, and from then on, EA maintained a relationship with the minor despite being aware of her age, which is against the law,” the police stated.

Criminal charges against LA and EA have been filed with the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica through standard procedures.
