The Minister of Social Welfare, Family Care, and Demography, Damir Gutic, has reported to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) that he acquired a 59 square meter apartment in Podgorica and an 11 square meter garage last year.
Gutic made this disclosure in his regular annual report, yet the Agency’s website does not reflect an extraordinary asset card regarding the 10,000 euros increase in his assets.
The former MP did not include this property in his reports for 2023, nor did he disclose it during the summer of last year when he submitted his assets to the Agency after becoming Minister.
Last year, the Minister of Social Welfare, Family Care and Demography earned between 1,793 and 1,843 euros, and he also possesses a 2007 Passat car, owns 1,400 shares of Crnogorski Telekom, and 15,000 shares in the state-owned Plantaže.
Minister of Maritime Affairs Filip Radulović has provided a report at the Agency’s request that details only his monthly income.
As per a previous report for 2023, Radulović owns a 48-square-meter apartment and a 13-square-meter garage. He took out a housing loan of 73,000 euros in 2022 and served as Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs from November 2023 to July 23, 2024.
Radulović also maintains a bank deposit exceeding 46,000 US dollars…
The former mayor of Podgorica, Olivera Injac, submitted her report 30 days post tenure, noting her earnings of 2,011 euros during November and December of last year.
Injac shares ownership of two family homes, one spanning 134 square meters and the other 103 square meters, with yards measuring 352 and 117 square meters, alongside owning a 65 square meter apartment. She has inherited all of these properties and owns half of a 41 square meter apartment in Budva, which she states she acquired.
Her base salary as mayor was 1,871 euros for ten months of 2024.
Janović’s earnings in the state parliament are 1,664 euros, and 300 euros locally
A standard annual report was submitted to the Agency by Tonći Janović, a member of the Parliament of Montenegro representing the Europe Now Movement.
As an MP, he earned a monthly salary of 1,664 euros for 12 months last year, and as a councilor in the Tivat Municipal Assembly, he earned 300 euros monthly.
Janović is the heir to the ground and first floors of a house, measuring 85 and 104 square meters respectively.
This MP also has a mortgage loan of 30,000 euros in his name, which he obtained in May 2023.
In the past year, he has changed vehicles and currently owns a 2017 Audi, which is partially owned by his wife, Anđela.
According to his latest report to the Agency, Janović purchased a new Aprilia motorcycle manufactured in 2023.
