Didije Dinar, the coach of Montenegro’s men’s handball national team, has revealed the roster for the upcoming European Championship qualifiers.
Montenegro will kick off its qualification journey for the 2026 European Championship with a match against Finland on November 6 at the “Bemax Arena” in Podgorica, followed by an away game against Slovakia in Košice just four days later. The team faces Hungary in qualifying group 2.
The roster consists of 18 handball players, all of whom have previous experience from past qualifications and major tournaments, with no newcomers included.
“Unfortunately, right back Stefan Čavor has withdrawn due to injury, and pivot Nebojša Simović will also miss this EHF week for the same reason, despite being expected to return to the team.
