Belarusian National Arrested; Marijuana and Ecstasy Confiscated

A Belarusian national, TS, was apprehended in Bar, where authorities confiscated two bags of marijuana and eight ecstasy pills.
According to the Police Directorate’s announcement, this arrest was part of a planned operation aimed at curbing drug distribution and identifying individuals involved in street-level narcotics sales.
“Following a series of operational and investigative activities, police officers executed a search of the apartment used by TS from Belarus under a court order. During this search, they discovered two PVC bags containing a substance resembling marijuana and eight ecstasy tablets, believed to be intended for street sale,” stated the police.
The state prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica was notified of the situation, and upon their directive, TS was arrested, with criminal charges filed on the suspicion of unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic drugs.
