The Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) has published a tender for the renovation of the Day Hospital at the Institute of Oncology, with a value of 19,834 euros, excluding VAT.

As per the details released on the CeJN website, the Clinical Center is in need of various facade elements of different sizes.

This institution is looking for a specific facade element comprising six fixed panels and a single-leaf door.

“Door dimensions are 100 by 210 centimeters… Retaining plate without surface coating. Black plastic lock cylinder protector… Door hinges without surface treatment… Measurements may vary by up to five percent,” states the procurement description.

The clinical center also requires a facade element that consists of eleven fixed panels and one double-leaf window.

“The dimensions of the double-leaf window are 165 by 150 centimeters. One leaf should be semi-fixed, while the other is pivoting… Measurements can also vary by up to five percent,” according to the documentation.

Another facade element needed by this institution measures 6,400 by 3,650 millimeters and includes 23 fixed panels and one double-leaf window.

As specified in the tender requirements, bidders must inspect the location before submitting their bids to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness. The CeJN website indicates that site inspections can be carried out every working day from 7 AM to 3 PM, but must be completed before the bid opening date.

“Payment will be made via bank transfer. All work must adhere to the specified offer and the final contract, with invoices needing to accurately reflect the work performed, the offer made, and the concluded contract. The warranty period covers a minimum of five years for color stability of the profile and its resistance to climatic factors, a minimum of five years for effective sealing of the thermal glass… A minimum of two years for the functionality of all mechanisms and components, and at least one year for electronic systems,” the tender outlines.
