Škaljari Planned an Attack as Belivuk and Miljković Narrowly Escaped Gunfire

Belgraders Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljkovic narrowly avoided death after leaving a restaurant in Serbia’s capital just before an organized shooting was planned against them by the Skaljari group.

This information comes from communications among various members of the organized crime faction known as Skye, and indicates that Belivuk and Miljkovic, linked to mafia leader Radoja Zvicer, had been spotted in a bar.

Milo Radulović, referred to as Captain, relayed this information to Ratko Zivkovic Zemo, who used the encrypted app under the alias Stefano Magaddino, revealing that his sources had spotted Trouble and Butcher’s.

“Bro, they’re at Butik 3, send the guys,” he wrote on August 1, 2020, though Radulović was unsure of the context…

The correspondent clarified that things were tense there…

“Fans,” the Captain, known by the pseudonym FG-FG, inquired.

“Yeah, the fans are present, bro… I asked someone to snap a pic if they could… Yeah, bro, Velja and Marko are at Butik 3,” Živković confirmed.

The Captain requested more details and whether the “spotters” could hold their positions until his crew arrived…

Simultaneously, Radulović notified an associate nicknamed Belgrade 2020 to initiate an attack, while also requesting an individual to trail the duo as they tried to regroup…

He kept in touch with both parties, seeking assurance that Belivuk and Miljković were indeed still at the bar, to which he received a prompt response…

A photo of Belgraders at a cafe table was then shared with him…

“I need confirmation, brother, that they are there, in case these guys come in and claim they aren’t!” he stated in one of the messages, followed by sharing a photo…

“Great, brother… Just let him sit for 45 minutes,” replied Belgrade 2020.

Meanwhile, Živković informed the Captain that the targets had exited the bar and questioned the reason for their abrupt departure…

“Brother, it’s odd, they got up and left suddenly.”…

“You mean they left immediately? In the midst of dining?”…

“They were having drinks when, out of nowhere, they stood up, bro,” Magaddino explained.

He further described to Radulović that two others accompanied Belivuk and Miljković, one in a BMW and the other in an “Audi”…

“A BMW and an Audi… they were there for 30 minutes enjoying juice… Typing messages, and suddenly one guy gestured something on his phone and they stood up,” he elucidated to the Captain.

He added that his team observed them for half an hour but refrained from action due to camera presence.

Radulović justified their inability to arrive in time, despite the targets leaving just 10 minutes after the notification…

“But I think they left within 10 minutes of us calling… There was no way they could have rushed in, arrived.”

The Captain noted that “this was the perfect opportunity for an assault”:

“This was an optimal setting, Boutique 3, for a hit-and-run… The guys with three Kalashnikovs aimed to break in here,” stated the Captain.

WE OPERATED ON BOTH SIDES

Živković, who allegedly disclosed the location of Belivuk and Miljković in August 2020, had previously set up Radulović’s close associate in the cafes just days prior, namely Alan Kožara and his friend Damir Hadžić, known as Kiki.

Investigators assert that he divulged the Greek location where Baranin and Užičanin were hiding, leading to their arrest on July 23, 2020. Milos Jevric, Dusan Jovanovic, Marko Stankovic, and Filip Knezevic lay in wait and fired a minimum of 34 shots at them.

“I need confirmation, brother, that they are there, in case these guys come in and claim they aren’t!”, Radulović stated in one of the messages, then forwarded the photo…

It was in Živković’s residence, in Stanjevića Rupa in Spuž, that Radulović fell victim to a trap set by the Kavač clan in the fall of 2020. Živković is accused of luring him with false claims about the potential to eliminate “Vepr” – Veljko Belivuk, sending a photo of him, bound, to the Škaljar clan.

According to prosecution documents, Belivuk and Miljković were part of a group that illegally crossed into Montenegro, subsequently killing a Skaljari associate at Živković’s home on October 14: Damir Hodžić and his son-in-law Adis Spahić, who had no previous criminal records.

A senior figure of that faction, Mile Radulović (Captain/General), was kidnapped on that day and was later executed following two months of extreme torture and extortion of information regarding the Skaljari group.

The Special State Prosecutor’s Office reported that Radulović’s remains were incinerated in Lovćen.

Novljanin did that in December 2020 Vladimir Vuckovic, who transported tires and charcoal to Lovćen, and, alongside Miloš Radonjić, prepared a fire pit where they incinerated Skaljari Radulović after the hit.

On October 14, 2020, Živković led Radulović into an ambush in his home in Stanjevića Rupa in Spuž. After enduring two months of intense abuse and coercion for information regarding the Skaljari, Radulović was executed, and, according to the Special State Prosecutor’s Office, his body was incinerated at Lovćen. This was executed in December 2020 by Vladimir Vučković from Novalja, who brought tires and charcoal to Lovćen and, together with Miloš Radonjić, arranged a bonfire where, following the act, they cremated Skaljari Radulović.

According to the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) records, on December 21, 2020, members of the Kavač clan strangled a mountaineer with an electrical cord before taking his body to Lovćen to burn it at a stake.

SDT identifies the primary offenders of the murder as Petar Đurović and Miloš Radonjić, who remains at large, asserting that Radonjić and Vučković were responsible for the incineration of the remains. The directive to carry out the burning was allegedly made by Slobodan Kašćelan, advised by a Cetinje resident, Nenad Neno Kaluđerović.

Prosecutors assert that members of the criminal organization Radoja Zvicer involved in this case include Milan Vujotić, Slobodan Kašćelan, Nenad Kaluđerović, Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljković, Stevan Kraljevic, Vladimir Vučković, Radoje Zivkovic, Dragan Knezevic, Ratko Zivkovic, Nebojsa Jankovic, Darko Prelevic, Davor Perovic, Blagoje Gasic, Dejan Gasic, Niksa Perovic, Miloš Radonjić, Petar Đurović, Rade Garovic, Mersudin Čalakovic, Marko Kilibarda, Aleksandar Paunović, Nikola Spasojevic, Radovan Mujović, Milan Knezevic, Aleksandar Dragićević, Zoran Kazic, Aleksandar Ljumović, Borko Besovic, and Bojan Besovic.
