Suspect in theft of vending machine in Children’s Hospital lobby to be held for up to 72 hours

Suspect Arrested for Vending Machine Theft in Children’s Hospital Lobby, Detained for Up to 72 Hours

The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has issued an order for the detention of an individual identified as IM, who is suspected of illegally accessing a vending machine located in the lobby of the Children’s Hospital in Podgorica, for a duration of up to 72 hours.

He faces charges of aggravated theft.

According to the Podgorica Public Prosecutor’s Office, “On February 13, the suspect employed physical force to break into the self-service machine in the lobby of the Children’s Hospital, during which he stole products valued at 342.20 euros.”

It has also been noted that IM has a history of repeat offenses related to theft.
