Stevan Vujović Joins Partizan
Stevan Vujović has found a new team, leaving Romania’s Baja Mare to join Partizan.
The Belgrade club has announced that it has reached an agreement to collaborate with the Montenegrin handball player through 2026.
Vujović has already participated in training sessions with the “black and whites.”
“I am thrilled to be part of a team with championship aspirations. The players have welcomed me warmly, and I am eager to contribute to our goals. A blend of young and seasoned players is undoubtedly the best mix in sports—experienced players offer their knowledge, while younger ones bring vitality. I believe Partizan has achieved an excellent balance,” Vujović stated.
The Montenegrin national team member has played in Romania for the past three seasons and has previously played for clubs such as Lovćen, Vardar, Crvena zvezda, Metalurg, Konstanca, and Motor Zaporizhia, where he competed in the Champions League.
“Our goals are well-defined, and following our victory over Vojvodina, our ambitions have only grown. I see this club contending for all domestic titles, and competing in Europe is an added motivation for me to don the black and white jersey. I believe we can reach the latter stages of the competition, potentially making it to the finals,” Vujović emphasized.
