Čarapić Waited in Line Before Deciding to Leave

The everyday challenges faced by residents of Podgorica in obtaining personal documents at the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) in the well-known “Limenca” were personally witnessed by Europe Now Movement (PES) MP Vasilije Čarapić.

Holding a sleeping child in his arms, he was taken aback by the large turnout, promptly decided against waiting in line, and exited “Limenka” with his wife, where wait times could stretch to an hour.
