Renovation of the Area in Front of the Three Towers Building Set to Begin with a Budget of €100,000

The Municipality of Bar is initiating the enhancement of a public area—a pedestrian pathway in front of the Tri kule buildings along Vladimira Rolovića Street. This project encompasses an approximate area of 620 square meters.
The local administration has shared that a pathway will be constructed in this area, along with a ramp equipped with a handrail that accommodates individuals with disabilities.
Additionally, they mentioned plans for the installation of urban street furniture, as well as landscaping to enrich the surrounding areas, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
The company “Demix construction” from Podgorica is responsible for executing the works, while the supervision of the project is allocated to “Art construction,” also from Podgorica.
“With this investment exceeding 100,000 euros, the Municipality of Bar reaffirms its dedication to enhancing the urban landscape, tailoring city spaces to cater to the needs of all residents, and cultivating a more pleasant and organized environment,” stated the Bar administration.
They urged citizens to exhibit patience and understanding throughout the construction period, optimistic that the project’s completion will significantly improve the quality of public spaces.
