A resident of Nikšić, identified as DG (18), has been arrested on allegations of selling drugs to A.Č. (19) in a schoolyard, according to a statement from the Police Directorate (UP) released today.

According to the report, DG was apprehended by the Anti-Drug Unit on February 10th for the suspected offenses of unauthorized production, possession, and distribution of narcotic substances.

“The suspect was detained by officers in an elementary school yard in Nikšić after allegedly selling narcotics to another individual for a specified amount of money. DG is scheduled to be presented to the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica for further proceedings, accompanied by a criminal report. Additionally, a misdemeanor report was filed against A.Č. (19) for purchasing narcotics, in violation of the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse,” the UP statement detailed.
