“Resolve the Selector Issue Promptly”
In Podgorica, the inaugural constitutive session of the Management Board of the Water Polo and Swimming Association of Montenegro took place, led by the newly appointed president, Nikola Milić.
The session saw the participation of Dejan Rađenović, the President of the Assembly of VPSCG, alongside Management Board members Branislav Pejović (EPCG), Nebojša Šćekić (Sava osiguranje), Nikola Marinović (Adriatik banka), Goran Đurović (Cerovo), Vladimir Čađenović (Cedis), and Miloš Mračević (representative of Jadran). Petar Tešanović, a member of the Board of Directors representing active athletes, was regrettably absent.
“We have reached an agreement on the guidelines for selecting a new head coach for water polo. Given the significance and urgency of this matter, the president of VPSCG will engage in discussions with the candidates at the earliest opportunity,” the VPSCG press release indicated.
Additionally,
“Marijo Brguljan has been appointed as the president of the Professional Council for water polo, while Bojan Šuković will head the Professional Council for swimming.”
“It was decided that the final tournament of the Montenegrin Cup will take place in Nikšić on November 29 and 30, which will also host the Montenegrin swimming championship on December 28 and 29. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that Jovana Kuljača and Miloš Milenković will represent Montenegro at the World Championship in short course pools in Budapest from December 7 to 15.”
