Chelsea Seals Comeback Victory Against West Ham
Former Chelsea manager Graham Potter, who oversaw just 31 matches during his tenure at the club, made a return to Stamford Bridge but was unable to exact revenge for his early exit.
His previous side, Chelsea, triumphed over his current squad, West Ham, with a score of 2-1 in the 24th round of the English Premier League.
West Ham took the lead through Jerrod Bowen’s goal in the 42nd minute, but Chelsea’s Pedro Neto leveled the match with a strike in the 64th minute.
Just ten minutes later, an unfortunate own goal by Aaron Wan-Bissaka marked a significant turning point for Chelsea.
Chelsea currently sits in fourth place with 43 points, while West Ham is in 15th with 27 points.
Looking ahead, Chelsea will face Brighton away, while West Ham will host Brentford in a London clash.
