It Must Have Been Improved

The Jadran m:tela water polo team faced defeat last night in Trebinje, losing to Marseille with a score of 9:3 in the fourth round of the Champions League.

Vladimir Gojković’s squad managed to score their first goal after nearly ten minutes, with their second goal only coming five minutes before the match concluded, marking the inevitability of their loss.

“Kudos to Marseille for their well-earned win. They demonstrated their superiority from the very beginning with outstanding defense, and we only managed to score one goal midway through the fourth quarter. We were outplayed. It’s crucial for us to analyze this match. We’re a young team, and this is a learning experience, but we needed to perform better tonight,” stated Jadran m:tel coach Vladimir Gojković following the game.

As of now, Jadran has accumulated three points after four rounds, and in the remaining group stage, they will compete away against Barceloneta and host Vašaš in Trebinje.
