Boston’s basketball team triumphed over Philadelphia with a score of 118:110 last night, marking their third straight win in the NBA.

The reigning champions, who managed to come back from a 26-point deficit, were spearheaded by Jayson Tatum, who contributed 35 points, including 13 in the final quarter, along with 11 assists and seven rebounds.

Jaylen Brown also played a key role, scoring 21 points with 10 rebounds and six assists. Kristaps Porzingis added 18 points and seven rebounds, while Derrick White contributed 17 points and nine assists.

For Philadelphia, Tyrese Maxey was the standout player, scoring 34 points, achieving at least 30 points for the fifth consecutive game and 28 points for the 14th consecutive contest. He netted 23 of those points in the first half and provided six assists.

Gershon Yabusle contributed 21 points and six rebounds, Kelly Oubre recorded 18 points and 13 rebounds, while Justin Edwards added 12 points and seven rebounds.

In another matchup, Memphis bested Milwaukee with a score of 132:119, extending their winning streak against them to seven games. Jarek Jackson led Memphis with 37 points, while Santi Aldama scored 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Desmond Bane supported with 22 points and nine rebounds, and Zach Eady added 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies missed his second consecutive game due to a right shoulder issue.

Milwaukee’s last victory against Memphis was recorded on January 19, 2022. The Bucks have now lost four of their last five games, with Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the charge with 30 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists. Khris Middleton scored 20 points while Brook Lopez contributed 15.

Cleveland claimed a dominant 144:101 victory over Dallas, solidifying their position at the top of the league with a 40-9 record. Eight players from Cleveland scored in double figures, with Sam Merrill topping the chart with 27 points, making nine three-pointers out of 13 attempts.

Evan Mobley also excelled with 22 points and 11 rebounds, Darius Garland added 17 points and 10 assists, and Jarrett Allen chipped in with 14 points and nine rebounds. Cleveland set a new franchise record with 91 points in the first half and 26 three-pointers in total.

The Mavericks faced a heavy defeat just hours after trading Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Anthony Davis. Jaden Hardy led Dallas with 21 points, while Dante Exum contributed with 14 points, three assists, two rebounds, and two steals.

In other matchups, Detroit managed to defeat Chicago with a score of 127:119, while Toronto edged out the Los Angeles Clippers 115:108, marking their eighth victory in the last ten games.

Prior to the game in Toronto, home fans booed during the American national anthem, a reaction also seen during NHL games in Ottawa, Calgary, and Alberta, following U.S. President Donald Trump’s announcement of import tariffs on Canada.

Trump declared on Saturday a 25% tariff on imports from Canada and Mexico, alongside an additional 10% on previously imposed tariffs on Chinese goods. In response, all three nations have vowed to retaliate.

THE RESULTS

Cleveland – Dallas 144:101

Toronto – Los Angeles Clippers 115:108

Philadelphia – Boston 110:118
