Montenegrin handball players are not the only stars at EHF Euro 2024. Our remarkable referees, Jelena Vujačić and Anđelina Kažanegra, exhibited exceptional performance throughout the initial phase.

Their outstanding management of the first two matches was underscored when the European Handball Federation appointed them as referees for the match between Norway and Denmark—an intense showdown and a rematch of the last European Championship final.

This highly anticipated derby of Group 2 is set for tomorrow (Thursday) at 20:30 in the magnificent Vienna City Hall (Wiener Stadthalle).

Both teams enter the main round with two points each.

Prior to this handball “blockbuster,” Jelena and Anđelina also officiated the matches between Norway and Austria, as well as Ukraine and the Netherlands during this year’s European Championship.
