A group of students spontaneously convened in front of the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, demanding that the police detain all individuals involved in the attack on students that occurred last night by 16:00 today.

Student Branislav Đorđević claimed that the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) is accountable for the incidents that took place.

“Due to their corruption, 15 people were killed, followed by eight more fatalities, and now a girl has been assaulted,” stated Đorđević.

He encouraged those present to proceed to the SNS offices on Stražilovska Street with spray cans to leave a message.

Đorđević also mentioned that students would soon provide more information about the planned gathering in front of the SNS location on Bulevar Oslobodjenja at 16:00, which is organized as a protest “against the assault on students by SNS thugs.”

N1 reports that students and assembled citizens have vandalized the SNS premises, leaving messages that include: “Murderers,” “Lustration,” “You will pay,” and “You will not trample us anymore”…

Several hundred students gathered at the Faculty of Philosophy in response to two attacks on students that took place last night in Novi Sad, resulting in one female student being hospitalized at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina due to severe injuries.
