The Roman side cut the deficit with a goal from Artem Dovbik in the 54th minute, while Joao Felix sealed the victory by making it 3-1 in the 72nd minute.

Milan now awaits the victor of the upcoming match between Lazio and Inter in the semi-finals, which is set to take place on February 25th.

Bologna also secured a spot in the semi-finals of the Italian Cup on Tuesday, winning 1-0 against Atalanta in an away match. Bologna will face the winner of the clash between Juventus (the defending champions) and Empoli in the semi-finals, scheduled for February 26th.
