Olympiacos withstood the onslaught of Efes, Fenerbahce better than Virtus, Monaco better than Real

Olympiacos Resists Efes Assault; Fenerbahce Triumphs Over Virtus, Monaco Defeats Real

This evening in Athens, Olympiacos basketball team triumphed over Efes with a score of 92:89 (29:14, 18:26, 27:21, 18:28) in a Euroleague match for the 24th round.

Leading Olympiacos to victory was Saša Vezenkov, who scored 26 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Evan Fournier contributed 20 points, and Nikola Milutinov added 11 points along with seven rebounds.

For Efes, Elijah Bryant stood out, scoring 21 points.

With this win, Olympiacos is positioned first with a record of 17 wins and seven losses, while Efes finds itself in 12th place with 11 wins and 13 losses.

In the upcoming round, Olympiacos will travel to Paris, whereas Efes will welcome Real Madrid in Istanbul.

Fenerbahçe secured a home victory against Virtus Istanbul with a score of 95:81 (22:13, 24:24, 23:17, 26:27).

Marko Guduric from Serbia led Fenerbahçe with 17 points, while Eric McCallum added 15 points, Bonzi Colson scored 12, and Sertaç Sanli provided 11 points.

Tornika Šengelija was the top scorer for Virtus, finishing with 35 points.

Fenerbahçe now holds a record of 16 wins and seven losses, while Virtus is in 16th place with seven wins and 17 losses.

Next round, Fenerbahçe will host Panathinaikos in Athens, while Virtus will face Partizan in Bologna.

Monaco edged out Real Madrid with a score of 77:73 (20:13, 16:26, 23:17, 18:17), with Matthew Strassell leading Monaco with 13 points. Nick Calathes contributed 12 points and dished out 10 assists, while Alpha Diallo also scored 10 points.

Real was represented by Mario Hezonja with 15 points, followed by Srehio Llull with 12, Andres Feliz with 11, and Valter Tavares contributing 10 points.

Monaco sits in third place with a record of 15 wins and nine losses, while Real is in eighth position with 13 wins and 11 losses.

Next round, Monaco will host Baskonia, and Real will take on Efes in Istanbul.
