The basic state prosecutor’s office in Podgorica has ruled to detain ZP for up to 72 hours based on suspicions of domestic violence or abuse within the family.

According to the Prosecution, “The suspect threatened his brothers, DP and LP, for approximately 3 hours outside their family home, using phrases that included ‘these Montenegrins from Cetinje,'” as reported by Cdm.me.

Furthermore, ZP allegedly threatened them last year, stating he would kill them, use a bomb, and see who would be the first to step out of the house.
