The leader of the Social Democrats (SD), Damir Šehović, extended his congratulations to Petar Odžić, the newly elected President of the Budva Municipal Assembly.

In a message on Iks, he expressed confidence that this marks a fresh start – “this evening in Budva, soon in Nikšić, and then across Montenegro.”

“Congratulations to Petar Odžić on becoming the President of the Budva Municipal Assembly! Budva now has a leader in the legislative branch capable of steering it back towards civic values and a European future. I believe this signifies a new dawn – tonight in Budva, soon in Nikšić, and eventually throughout Montenegro,” Šehović remarked.

Stanić: Best wishes to Odžić, hoping for progress in Budva with him, Jovo Perović, and other courageous individuals

Mirko Stanić, the EU representative and President of the Main Board of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), also offered his congratulations to Odžić.

“Congratulations to my dear friend Petar Odžić on his election as president of the Budva Municipal Council. I hope that Budva will progress under his leadership, alongside Jovo Perović and other brave individuals, for the benefit of all citizens,” Stanić stated on social media platform X.

Borančić: Changes for a Better and Different Montenegro Start in Budva

Ammar Borančić, Vice President of the Liberal Party and EU representative, congratulated Petar Odžić on his new role as President of the Budva Municipal Council, stating that this signifies the onset of significant changes, as declared by the LP this evening.

“Congratulations to the courageous comrade Petar Odžić, the new president of the Budva Assembly. We maintained that Budva and Montenegro require honest and brave individuals who advocate for the truth, and we have triumphed, instilling new hope. The changes for a better and different Montenegro that we desire are beginning in Budva,” Borančić announced on X.

Vujović: A Breakthrough for Responsible, Professional, and Honest Politicians

Ivan Vujović, President of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and a leader in the European Alliance, congratulated Petar Odžić on his election as the President of the Budva Municipal Assembly.

“Congratulations to my friend and comrade Petar Odžić for stepping into this responsibility,” Vujović expressed on Iks.

He remarked how Odžić’s election signifies that responsible, professional, and decent individuals are now receiving an opportunity to enact change.
