The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Kolašin has launched legal proceedings against a civil servant from the Municipality of Kolašin for allegedly committing the crime of document forgery. As stated by the prosecutor’s office, “in his role as a supervisory authority, he entered false information in an official document.”

“He endorsed the official document with his signature, falsely indicating that the construction on the bridge at Mušovića Rijeka was executed in line with the provided documentation, despite being aware that the work had not been completed. He submitted this document to the Mayor’s office and the Secretariat for Spatial Planning,” the ODT statement elaborates.
