It’s a shame – Montenegro failed to capitalize on their last attack. Đurđina Jauković attempted to secure a spot in Vienna from a tough angle with her tenth goal, but Sweden held on (25:24).

Montenegro mounted a defense, with Tatjana Brnović diving for the ball with just 22 seconds remaining – the “lionesses” are poised for an attack to equalize and secure a trip to Vienna.

Đurđina Jauković halted Sweden’s momentum with two consecutive goals, narrowing the score to 19:17.

Following a strong start, Montenegro fell into a slump with numerous mistakes and unfortunate bounces, as Dijana Mugoša hit the crossbar, allowing Sweden to go on a 4:0 run for a 18:15 lead.

Montenegro opened the second half effectively, with Itana Grbić scoring her fourth goal, returning the “lionesses” to the lead at 15:14.

The first half concludes—despite a multitude of mistakes, the “lionesses” remain competitive.

Đurđina Jauković leveled the game at 30:30 with a powerful shot just 14 seconds before the end of the first 14 minutes.

Once again, Sweden capitalized on a series of mistakes and regained a two-goal lead (13:11).

The comeback is complete—Itana Grbić set up Dijana Mugoša, who equalized at 11:11.
