Baranin Taken into Custody for Robbery

Law enforcement officials have apprehended PJ (33) from Bar, who is suspected of robbery and attempted robbery, as per the announcement from the Police Directorate.
It is reported that PJ entered a betting shop in the Rena neighborhood of Bar around 10:22 p.m. on January 30, allegedly after planning the act, where he stole 400 EUR while threatening the employee with a weapon before fleeing the scene.
According to the statement, “The second offense he is accused of took place when he entered a retail store in the Ilino neighborhood of Bar on February 1 at approximately 10:30 p.m., demanding cash from the employees while brandishing a firearm.”
The statement further mentioned that the employees at the location did not comply with his demands for money, prompting him to leave the premises.
In a statement, the Police Directorate noted, “The Bar police managed to identify, locate, and arrest him, and he will be presented to the acting prosecutor for further proceedings, along with a criminal report.”
