The leader of Free Montenegro, Vladislav Dajković, stated that the Parliament President, Andrija Mandić, “removed the European Union representatives from their cushy chairs” yesterday.

His remarks were in response to the Social Democratic Party (SDP) head and one of the leaders of the European Alliance, Ivan Vujović, who claimed that as soon as Mandić raised his voice, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić of the Europe Now Movement “turns into Dajković.”

“While I find the obsession of Ivan Vujović, the president of the extra-parliamentary Social Democratic Party, with my national identity somewhat charming, I would still recommend he question whether such long-standing anti-Serb rhetoric has contributed to their current situation. Nonetheless, I am not surprised by the nervousness and hysteria exhibited by European Union representatives, considering that the Parliament President removed them from their cozy seats yesterday, much like a parent sending misbehaving children to their rooms. In light of their prior heroic blockages in the parliamentary corridor, I suggest they consider blocking the parliamentary restroom next time. After all, as they say – necessity modifies the law,” said Dajković.

During his collegium meeting yesterday, the Parliament President imposed a suspension measure on certain opposition MPs for the following 15 days due to the previous session’s failure to convene, where crucial decisions regarding this year’s state treasury were to be made.
