Mornar Gears Up for a Tough Challenge Against Budućnost in the Montenegro Cup
Tomorrow, players from Budućnost Volley and Mornara will face off in the quarter-final match of the Cup of Montenegro in Podgorica. The game will kick off at 20:00 in the Morača hall.
In their previous championship encounter in Bar, the team from Podgorica emerged victorious after a thrilling five-set match.
On Saturday, Sutjeska will compete against Jedinstvo at the “Nikšić” Sports Center starting at 17:00. Jedinstvo has previously defeated Sutjeska in both championship matches this season with a clean sweep.
Galeb and Lovćen are set to clash in the final quarter-final matchup, taking place on Sunday in Bar at 18:00.
In the EPCG Superliga, the Galeb team achieved a stunning victory against Cetinje without dropping a single set.
The defending champions, Budva, have secured their spot directly in the semi-finals.
In the women’s volleyball league, the round will commence tomorrow at 16:15 with a match between the Superleague team Akademije and Luka Bar (starting at 17:00). Additional matches are scheduled for Saturday.
On Saturday, Albatros will face Top Volley in Igalo at 17:00, followed by Budućnost Volley hosting Lovćen an hour later. Morača will take on Neto at 18:30, while Mornar will go up against the Gimnazialc team in Bar during the same timeframe.
At 19:00, Jedinstvo will challenge Ivangrad in Bijelo Polje, and Herceg Novi will welcome Galeb.
The final match of the round is slated for 19:30 in Nikšić, where Volley Star will compete against Budva (at 19:30).
